Delivery varies on each designer. A delivery date will be advised once your order is placed.
Standard Delivery is generally 12-16 weeks however, most of our styles are available on a Rush Delivery.
We do advise ordering your dresses as early as possible to ensure plenty of time for production, shipping and any alterations that may be needed.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before we can place your order with the designer.
Due to all dresses being made to order no refunds or exchanges can be made.
All orders must be paid in full even in the event of cancellation.
If an item is faulty an investigation will take place in which the order will be rectified or replaced.
Please note that we do not offer a made to measure service. We will take your bridesmaids measurements (or you can provide your own) and we will then match these measurements to the appropriate designers size chart. Dresses will be ordered to the nearest size and agreed between customer and sales assistant.
As a result alterations may be needed. Alteration costs are charged extra and separately by an independent seamstress. We can advise if/what alterations may be needed at the point of sale.
